Historian Sues for Information on CIA in the Cold War

A Swiss historian wants to learn more about a top-secret anti-communist operation in Europe financed and run by the CIA and NATO following World War II. So he has taken the CIA to court to try to get ahold of records through the Freedom of Information Act.
