Civil Rights Lawyers Praise Report

Los Angeles civil rights lawyers and police abuse plaintiffs' counsel Wednesday praised a reported recommendation by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights that a special prosecutor be created to take over the district attorney's role of investigating alleged law enforcement mistreatment cases.
