Counsel Calls Allegations Against Judge 'Vicious'

Citrus Municipal Court Judge Patrick B. Murphy's lawyer said Monday the jurist is confident once prosecutors interview him, they will conclude he is innocent of "vicious and malicious" allegations that he helped a physician hide more than $1.8 million in assets from the doctor's ex-wife and creditors.
