Y2K Guru Leaves Law Firm for Insurance Client

Cincinnati insurance giant American Financial Group Inc. is about to gain a high-profile, high-tech attorney. As of June 1, Vito Peraino, a Southern California Year 2000 software bug legal guru, is joining American Financial Group as an in-house counsel, while retaining his ties with the Los Angeles office of San Francisco's Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft, where he will continue to serve as of counsel.
