Court Eases Immigrant Deportation
WASHINGTON - Rejecting a balancing test proposed by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court on Monday unanimously upheld a lower standard for deporting aliens who claim crimes they committed in their native lands were political.
