Court Halts Ex-Intel Employees E-Mails

SAN JOSE - In a major battle pitting a corporation's right to control its Internet system against an individual's right of free speech, a Sacramento County judge ruled Tuesday that a former Intel Corp. employee must stop sending mass e-mail messages to thousands of company workers.
