Santa Clara DA Files Complaint Against Net Retailer

SAN JOSE - In a rare legal assault on an Internet retailer, the Santa Clara County district attorney's office filed a civil complaint Monday accusing Onsale Inc. of deceiving customers by pocketing extra money for shipping and handling fees while claiming otherwise.
