Search for Food Ends in Prison

SAN FRANCISCO - In a case a dissenter likened to "Les Miserables," a state appeal panel has held that a homeless man who broke into a Los Angeles church kitchen in search of food was not entitled to argue to the jury that he was under the mistaken belief he was entitled to the food.
