Ex-Menendez Prosecutor Sues DA for Overtime

Former Menendez brothers prosecutor David Conn has filed suit against his ex-boss, Los Angeles County District Attorney Gil Garcetti, seeking 470.5 hours of overtime pay he maintains he accrued while successfully prosecuting the siblings from 1994-96.
