Claims Against Kline 'Unsound,' Judges Contend
Calling allegations of misconduct against Appellate Justice J. Anthony Kline "legally unsound," the California Judges Association has asked the Commission on Judicial Performance to dismiss the pending disciplinary inquiry into whether Kline improperly refused to follow a state Supreme Court precedent he opposes.
