Unfair Competition Suit Allowed

SAN FRANCISCO - Ruling in a case that could affect competition among many large and small businesses, the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a major cellular telephone service company can be sued for selling cell phones at far below cost to attract customers for its cellular services.
