Supreme Court Defines Limits of Right to Practice

WASHINGTON - Ruling on an issue that arose during the Menendez brothers murder case, the Supreme Court ruled unanimously Monday that prosecutors do not violate defense attorneys' 14th Amendment right to practice law by executing a search warrant on the attorneys while their clients are testifying before a grand jury.
