Attorneys Transcript Ruse Is No Crime, Lawyer Says

While UCLA law school graduate Emanuel Johnson may indeed have doctored his transcripts to land a job at Arnold & Porter, his conduct does not constitute the crimes with which he is charged, his lawyer said Monday as Johnson's trial was continued for a month.
