Big Toxics Award Largely Upheld

In an unpublished opinion released Thursday afternoon, an appellate panel upheld awards to 23 of the 28 plaintiffs in a $4.5 million jury verdict against several companies over exposure to hazardous chemicals Lockheed workers allegedly received while building the Stealth Bomber and other top-secret aircraft.
