Knocking on Heaven's Gate Is Fruitless for Ex-Cultists

SAN DIEGO - The Heaven's Gate that disappeared from this earth in March 1997 was not pearly - far from that, according to a San Diego judge who has fined two former cultists for suing for control of such remains as a drawing of an alien being and the tape, "Last Chance to Evacuate Earth Before It's Recycled."
