Court Liberates Spiderman From The Studio Web

The comic book character Spiderman became a more liberated superhero Monday when a Los Angeles Superior Court judge freed the arachno-humanoid from the already weakened grasp of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc., one of several Hollywood studios wrangling over rights to the creature of the gossamer web.
