Families Can't Collect Money In Bomb Judgment

Iran owes $2.6 billion to 1,000 family members of the 241 U.S. servicemen killed and many more injured in a 1983 suicide attack on U.S. Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, but the families on Friday lost one bid to collect the money, a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled.
