Kermit J. Morgan, a Santa Monica attorney who spent seven decades captivating juries with his Iowa farm boy charm, has died.
Morgan, who represented large insurance companies and other corporate interests during his distinguished career, died Saturday at his Los Angeles home. He was 96.
