Committee Approves Two California Judges

The Senate Judiciary Committee approved U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony J. Battaglia and Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Edward J. Davila to be federal district court judges in California Wednesday.

WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday approved U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony J. Battaglia and Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Edward J. Davila to be federal district court judges in California.
