School Boards Sue State Over Funding Cuts

The California School Boards Association and two school districts filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, claiming Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger illegally slashed county funding for mental health services.

SACRAMENTO - The California School Boards Association, the Los Angeles Unified School District and Manhattan Beach Unified School District filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, claiming Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger illegally slashed counties' funding for mental health services to students in public schools.
