Former Sun GC Finds New Home

Former Sun Microsystems Inc. General Counsel Michael Dillon found a new home at smart grid technology maker Silver Spring Networks nearly a year after Oracle Corp. closed a $7.4 billion deal to acquire Sun in January.

Michael Dillon, the former Sun Microsystems Inc. general counsel, has found a new home at smart grid technology maker Silver Spring Networks nearly a year after Oracle Corp. closed a $7.4 billion deal to acquire Sun in January.


Jordan Breslow, who had been Silver Spring's general counsel since 2008, has left the company. A company spokesman declined to provide his forwarding information.
