WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court Monday passed on its first opportunity to take a case challenging the landmark health care overhaul bill signed into law earlier this year.
The petition by conservative activist and former state legislator Steve Baldwin was a long shot because he also has the same matter before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
