Mattel Loses a Round Over Bratz

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Thursday denied Mattel's request for a re-hearing of its July opinion reversing a trial judge's decision handing the toy giant control of the Bratz doll brand.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Thursday denied Mattel's request for a rehearing of the court's July opinion reversing a trial judge's decision handing the toy giant control of the Bratz doll brand.

The appellate court also declined to give Mattel an en banc hearing before the full panel.
