LOS ANGELES - Baron & Budd, the politically connected Dallas-based plaintiffs' law firm that got its start in asbestos litigation, is expanding its Southern California practice, snagging two partners from Bingham McCutchen.


Roland K. Tellis and Daniel Alberstone joined Baron & Budd as shareholders earlier this week, and will open the firm's office in a Century City high-rise on Monday...
