SAN DIEGO - Charles La Bella, a former U.S. attorney in San Diego, has been tapped by the Department of Justice to be its deputy chief in the fraud section.
Most recently a partner at La Bella & McNamara, he will be stationed in San Diego, helping to supervise cases being investigated and prosecuted on the West Coast.
