Sushi for Sedgwick

On Oct. 7, Sedgwick's Orange County Women’s Forum transformed their offices into a sushi and sake house, where guests were treated to freshly made sushi by sushi chef Cidney Corpuz of purplericesushi. Corpuz also taught a crash course in making rolls, nigri, and sashimi, as well as proper sushi etiquette and the history of Japan’s most famous dish.
