Chinese Names Deserve Respect I am highly offended by Superior Court judge candidate Michael Nava's political manipulation of his Chinese name. ("Concerns Over Candidate's Chinese Name Come Too Late," (Oct. 22). Giving a Chinese name is a sacrosanct rite of passage like a baptism or coming out of the closet.
