Court Revives Gunmaker Liability Suit

SAN FRANCISCO - Buford Furrow's victims in a 1999 Los Angeles-area shooting rampage can sue the gunmakers whose weapons he used to kill a mailman on the street and to wound five at a Jewish center, a divided federal appeals panel ruled Thursday.
