DAILY DEALS: Transactions from Los Angeles County

BEVERLY HILLS - The Bank of America Building at 9440 Santa Monica Blvd. in the Golden Triangle has sold for $21.9 million to IRP Beverly Hills Associates, a limited liability corporation led by local real estate executive Kevin Green. The 87,596-square-foot, eight-story building, built in 1975 was sold by Douglas Emmett & Co. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer of the 99 percent-leased building.
