Jurist Indefatigably Promotes Juvenile Courts

VENTURA - Ventura Superior Court Judge John E. Dobroth spent Halloween day shuttling between two courts. In the morning and afternoon, Dobroth handled his regular juvenile delinquency calendar in Department 36 of the Ventura Superior Court. At lunchtime, he drove over to the Commission on Human Concerns, a support services organization located in Oxnard, and presided over "homeless court."
