SIMI VALLEY - A 3,500-square-foot building on 2.19 acres of land at 4364 Valley Fair St. will be home to an office space expansion of the First Bible Church of Simi Valley, which purchased the property adjacent to its main worship hall for an undisclosed amount. The sellers, Robert A. and Diantha Dravis Ain, and the buyer, which is also known as Cornerstone Community Church, were both represented by Gary Seaton of NAI Capital Commercial .
