Court Rejects Convicted Mom's Suit

RIVERSIDE - A Los Angeles federal judge has rejected a $20 million civil rights lawsuit against Riverside County officials filed by a Mead Valley woman who was convicted of killing her baby by feeding him a lethal dose of drugs through her breast milk or by some other means.
