Polanco Act Can Be Powerful Tool to Compel Cleanup

Wick A municipal redevelopment agency can sue private parties for injunctive relief to clean up contaminated property under the Polanco Redevelopment Act, and the agency does not need to show that an "imminent and substantial endangerment" exists or that it incurred any costs or suffered injury.
