CORPORATE BellSouth and DIRECTV Inc. have signed an agreement to offer BellSouth residential customers DIRECTV digital satellite television services in 2004. Edward A. Perron (Los Angeles) of Pillsbury Winthrop represented DIRECTV, as well as in-house counsel Robin N. Rogers. BellSouth was represented by in-house attorney John A. Harwood. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
