Stoel Rives Aids Calpine in $800 Million Debt Offering

Calpine Construction Finance Co. used the proceeds to refinance debt the company had incurred in financing the construction of several natural-gas power plants nationwide. San Francisco partner David Spielberg headed the Stoel Rives legal team.
