Nasty Divorce Fight Spills Into Civil Court

The dispute arises, in part, from allegations that a legal team headed by Beverly Hills divorce lawyer Stephen A. Kolodny violated a court order by accessing and copying the opposing party's attorney-client information from a computer hard drive.
