Grocery Unions Take Grievances to Court

LOS ANGELES - Striking Southern California grocery unions hit their employers with a pair of lawsuits Wednesday. Both suits ask U.S. District Court in Los Angeles to order Ralphs Grocery Co., Albertson's Inc. and Safeway Inc. to continue paying into the fund that finances the health benefits received by the chains' union employees.
