NetScreen, Neoteris Call on Fenwick, Wilson for Buyout

NetScreen Technologies Inc. announced this month that it will buy privately held Neoteris Inc. in a deal valued at up to $295 million in cash and stock. Neoteris makes technology that enables remote employees to securely access e-mail and company files using a Web browser, complementing NetScreen's security products.
