Web Site's Publishers Defend Cartoon, Question Use at Hearing
WASHINGTON - The publishers of a controversial political cartoon about state Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown defended their work Thursday, saying the cartoon should not have been an issue during Brown's appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
