Davis Puts Adviser on Yolo Bench
SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Gray Davis appointed a longtime friend and one of his top advisers Tuesday to the Yolo County Superior Court. David Rosenberg, 56, has been Davis' director of operations and director of community and inter-governmental relations since 2000. He had been the governor's point man on gambling issues until he was reassigned last summer, reportedly at the request of Indian leaders.
