Court Rejects Border Fence Challenge
The U.S. Supreme Court Monday sidestepped a fight over the border fence between the United States and Mexico, rejecting an appeal by environmental groups who challenged a 2005 law that allows the government to waive all normal legal requirements related to the fence’s construction.
