Judge Threatens Sanctions Against Lawyers in Discrimination Case

SAN FRANCISCO - Attorneys defending Contra Costa County against discrimination charges were accused by U.S. District Court Judge William H. Orrick on Thursday of playing "hide-the-ball" by waiting until the eve of closing arguments to hand over evidence to the plaintiffs.
