Jury Says Insurer Owes $7 Million From Quake
LOS ANGELES - Seven years after the Northridge earthquake toppled structures and cracked building foundations throughout Southern California, jurors have slapped an insurance company with a nearly $7 million civil judgment for denying the claim of a Culver City homeowners' association.
