Referee Duns LAUSD $75,000 For Discovery Noncompliance

LOS ANGELES - A discovery referee dunned the Los Angeles Unified School District five times for a total of about $75,000 for allegedly failing to produce witnesses and turn over documents to a law firm it is suing for $100 million in the Belmont Learning Center controversy.
