Firm Doubles Commitment To Provide Free Legal Work
LOS ANGELES - Since taking the American Bar Association's "Pro Bono Challenge" in 1998, Latham & Watkins has doubled its firmwide commitment to free legal services. In 2000, the firm contributed 64,000 attorney hours. In 2001, the firm expects to contribute 80,000 hours to pro bono projects.
