Amidst a management shuffle, Herbalife International Of America Inc. confirmed last week that Mark J. Friedman, the company's general counsel since 2013, has stepped down and been replaced by Richard Werber.

Amidst a management shuffle, Herbalife International Of America Inc. confirmed last week that Mark J. Friedman, the company's general counsel since 2013, has stepped down and been replaced by Richard Werber.
