Brobeck Phleger: STOCK SWAP SEALS DEAL FOR INTERNET PROVIDERS
Internet service providers NetZero Inc. and Juno Online Services Inc. have merged. The stock deal's value was not disclosed. When the deal is finalized, NetZero and Juno will become wholly owned subsidiaries of a new company called United Online Inc. NetZero stockholders will own 61.5 percent of the outstanding common stock of United Online, and Juno stockholders will own 38.5 percent.
