Union Officials May Pursue Arrest Claims

SAN FRANCISCO - A nasty Mendocino County union battle that became a factor in the 1998 election defeat of former District Attorney Susan Massini produced a federal appellate ruling Wednesday that allows union officials to pursue state false arrest and malicious prosecution claims.
