Ruling Allows Religious Use Of School Sites
WASHINGTON - Expanding the rights of religious groups to use public facilities, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 Monday that public schools that allow after-hours use of their classrooms may not bar religious clubs that conduct Bible-study and prayer programs.
