State Court Can Rule in Foreign Custody Battle

LOS ANGELES - An Orange County court can award custody of two Saudi Arabian children to their U.S.-based mother after they were taken from their Saudi father during a family altercation at Disneyworld in Orlando, Fla., a state appellate court ruled Monday.
